01What does admissions support include?+
Admissions support includes a strategy built around one student, a shortlist of up to ten programmes, preparing and strengthening the documents, up to five university applications, work on scholarships and funding, and support through to enrolment and the visa.
02What is the difference between support for one country and for two?+
The One country format covers one chosen country and one education system. The Two countries format covers two countries, two admissions systems and choosing programmes in both countries under one strategy.
03How is payment made?+
Payment is made under the agreement in two stages: 50% when the agreement is signed, and 50% once a university has made an offer of admission, whether conditional or unconditional.
04Does EDMONT work under an agreement?+
Yes. The agreement fixes what is included, how the work is staged, what each side undertakes and on what terms.
05What happens if the support ends early, and how do refunds work?+
