You may use this site to read about EDMONT’s services, to read the journal and to request a consultation.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit the text, images or other material on this site without our written permission, nor attempt to disrupt the operation of the site or gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

Admissions support

Everything published on this site, including the formats described on the pricing page, is provided for information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance and it does not create a contract.

The scope of work, the obligations of each side, the timetable and the fee are fixed in a separate written agreement, concluded individually after an initial consultation. These terms neither replace nor modify that agreement; where the two differ, the agreement prevails.

Intellectual property

The text, design, structure and journal material on this site belong to EDMONT or are used with permission. Any use beyond reading them for your own purposes requires our consent in writing.

What we do not guarantee

This site is informational, and nothing on it guarantees admission to any university. Admission decisions are made by the institution alone, and no adviser can commit to an outcome on its behalf.

Entry requirements, deadlines, fees and funding conditions change, and universities publish the authoritative version. We check what we publish against official sources and cite them, but we cannot warrant that third-party information remains current, and you should confirm anything decisive against the university’s own pages before acting on it.

This site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of opportunity, arising from reliance on information published here rather than on the university’s own pages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in them affects the statutory rights of a consumer.

Links to other sites

The journal links to university pages, government guidance and application services so that you can verify what we write at the source. Those sites are outside our control, and a link is not an endorsement of their content, their terms or their handling of your data.

Forms and personal data

When you complete a form on this site you separately confirm your consent to the processing of your personal data. How that data is handled is set out in our privacy notice.
